CARF Report July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2023
Fifty-three years ago, CARS, Inc. began as a collective of five Community
ARC’s operating independently, servicing a small rural population of
children and adults. In 2022, CARS is a leader within the field we serve.
We believe we are among the ranks of agencies setting the highest
standards of individualized services for persons with disabilities within
Central Indiana and over the 60+ Indiana Counties where we provide
Community Employment Services.
