Our Day Service Programs provide the following services to adults 17 years and older who have a wide range of Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities. In 2003, CARS developed a Day Service program that is an interactive habilitation process for individuals desiring to learn how to become more independent and productive members of their community.

OBRA (Ombudsman Reconciliation Ace) – Our OBRA Service program is a center-based program that provides nursing home residents with Intellectual / Developmental disabilities the opportunities to increase:
