C.A.R.S., a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit agency, has been providing support services for children, families, and adults in Western Indiana since 1969. Over the years, our service area has grown to include 62 counties and several support programs: Employment Services, Pre-ETS school services, Community Services, Residential Services, Supportive Group Living services, and Healthy Families services.
