Breathwork is the practice of consciously and actively working with our breath to bring ourselves more into a state of harmony and ease in our lives.

According to this video, “Research has shown that breathwork can help with depression, stress, insomnia, high blood pressure, burnout, and more conditions. All using only the manipulation of the breath.”
